1. Cutting nails at night
One should avoid cutting nails after sunset, cutting nails in the evening or at night brings sadness and poverty in the house. By doing this, Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity, gets angry.
2. Sleeping with open hair
Another habit of sleeping with open hair at night should be avoided. According to religious and spiritual beliefs, this habit can attract negative energy, which affects the happiness and peace of the house.
3. Applying perfume at night
Applying perfume after sunset is considered inauspicious. Applying perfume at night brings negative energy, which can affect the person applying it and the people around him.
4. Leaving dirty utensils in the kitchen
Dirty utensils should never be left in the kitchen overnight. Doing so angers Goddess Lakshmi and causes financial problems as well as health problems in the family.
5. Sweeping or mopping after sunset
It is advisable not to sweep or mop the house after sunset. Doing so takes away the blessings of the house, which reduces positivity and good luck.
