Material
Jackfruit - 2 (boiled)
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Onion - 2-3 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 3-4 (chopped)
Curd - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 10 grams
Cashew - 3-4
Cinnamon - 2-3
Cardamom - 2-3
Bay leaf - 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Rose water - 1/ tsp
oil as required
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup

Recipe
1. First heat oil in a pan and when it becomes hot, add cumin seeds.
2. After this add onion and bay leaf and fry it.
3. When the onions turn brown, add ginger-garlic paste and mix.
4. Fry the mixture for 5 minutes. Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir for 2 minutes.
5. Now add tomatoes and fry the spices once again.
6. After roasting add butter and fry for 2-3 minutes.
7. Then add kasoori methi, salt, and sugar and keep cooking the mixture.
8. Add jackfruit while mixing the gravy.
9. When the jackfruit gets mixed with the spices, add water.
10. Now cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
11. Your delicious Jackfruit Korma is ready.
12. Serve with roti or rice.
