Irregular heartbeat, also known as arrhythmia, is a condition in which the heart beats too fast, too slow, or in an irregular pattern. This happens when there is a disturbance in the electrical system of the heart, which controls heart rate and rhythm. Although sometimes irregular heartbeat may be normal and out of danger, continuous occurrence can be a sign of a dangerous medical condition. In such a situation, you do not need to panic, for this you can bring some changes in your daily habits.

How to control irregular heartbeat?
1. Regular exercise

If you do moderate-level exercise daily, it will help strengthen the heart and improve its functions. You should take out 30 to 60 minutes daily for a workout. By doing this the risk of heart attack will reduce to a great extent. If you can't go to the gym, walk, climb stairs, and try lifting heavy objects.

2. Eat a balanced diet
No matter how much exercise you do, if your diet is not balanced then it will be difficult to move towards better health. People who eat a balanced diet, their heartbeat starts moving at a regular speed. At the same time, if you eat too much oily, salty, fried, and trans-fat foods, your heart health will be at risk.

3. Don't take tension
Our elders have often said, 'Worry is like a funeral pyre'. This means that if we do not keep our mental health good then it will be difficult to keep the body healthy. People who take too much tension and stress, their heartbeat becomes irregular.

4. Get enough sleep
Most health experts recommend that youth should sleep for 7 to 8 hours a day. If you do not do this or disturb the sleep cycle, your heartbeat may become irregular.
