Most of us have 32 teeth in our mouth, 28 teeth come by adulthood and the remaining four come with time, which are also called wisdom teeth. But do you know anyone who has more than 32 teeth? According to Guinness World Records, a 26-year-old Indian woman named Kalpana Balan has six more teeth than normal people. In total, they have 38 teeth.

According to media reports, the woman has four extra teeth in the lower jaw and two extra teeth in the upper jaw, which together make the number of her teeth 38. This woman has also become a topic of discussion on social media.

There is a problem with eating and drinking
According to media reports, Kalpana came to know about extra teeth in her adolescence. These gradually increased with time. Due to this, he did not have any kind of pain but he started having problems in eating and drinking. Food often gets stuck in the teeth while chewing, due to which the problem of oral hygiene starts increasing. So the family members went to the doctor to get these extra teeth removed.

Decided not to have teeth removed
During the dental checkup, Kalpana's dentist suggested that she wait until the teeth grew in because the teeth could not be easily removed immediately. Since Kalpana was not facing any special problems due to these teeth, she decided not to get them removed even after the teeth were fully developed.

It is also worth noting here that the record for most teeth among men is in the name of Canada's Ivano Malone, who has a total of 41 teeth. The medical term for the presence of extra teeth is hyperdontia or polydontia. 3.8% of the world's population is living with extra teeth in this way.

Kalpana says, I was afraid about the process of tooth extraction and these teeth were not causing any special problem, so this is not a problem for me. Not only this, but because of these teeth my name is recorded in the Guinness World Records, about which I am very happy. This is my lifetime achievement.
