Cashew Modak:

To make this modak, 1 bowl of cashew nuts, half a bowl of powdered sugar, cardamom powder, hot milk, and saffron are required. To make this, first put a few saffron sticks in hot milk. Grind cashews finely. Strain through a sieve and take out in a bowl. Now add sugar and cardamom powder to it. Then finally add saffron milk and make a thick paste. It should be very thick, now grease the mold and place the batter in it. Press well and your modak is ready.

Dry Fruit Modak:

To make this modak, dates, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, dry coconut, and cardamom powder are required. To make modak, first, take out the seeds of dates and then blend them well in a blender. Now add all the remaining ingredients to this blender and mix well. Now apply ghee in the mold and place a fine mixer on it and close it by pressing it. Your dry fruits modak is ready.

Coconut Modak:

To make this modak, you will need grated dry coconut, condensed milk, and cardamom powder. For this, you can also use coconut milk available in the market. Now mix these three things together. After applying ghee to the modak mold, pour the mixture into it. Then press it and make a modak.
