You can prepare this dosa in minutes. You don't even need a lot of ingredients to make it. This is an easy and quick recipe.

Material :
1 cup poha, 1 cup semolina, salt as per taste, 1 cup curd, one or two spoons of oil

Method :
First of all soak the poha.

Now put semolina, soaked poha, curd, and salt in the jar.

Add some water to it and make it like a batter.

Blend it.

Take out this mixture in a bowl.

-Heat the griddle, and apply light oil to it.

Now add this mixture, and bake it from both sides.

When it is ready, serve it with chutney.
