Drinking tea or coffee on an empty stomach in the morning
It is a habit of many people to start their day with tea or coffee on an empty stomach in the morning. It is harmful to our stomachs. Experts advise not to do this. Whenever we take caffeine on an empty stomach, the pH level of our stomach gets disturbed. It stimulates the production of acid in our stomach. This is the reason that it causes the problem of indigestion. If you also have this habit, then leave it today. This may be the cause of indigestion.
Not chewing food properly
We all know that we should chew our food properly. But in our fast-paced life, we often end up eating our meals in a hurry. When we do not chew food properly, our digestion process starts deteriorating. When we eat food, the food goes to the stomach through our oesophagus and then goes to the small intestine from the stomach, filters the waste from the small intestine, and goes to the large intestine.
Eating food frequently affects this whole process and due to this, the problem of indigestion starts.
Drinking water between meals
It often happens that along with eating food, we keep drinking water in between or we drink a lot of water immediately after eating food. This affects digestion. According to experts, water should not be drunk at all immediately after eating food. Water can be drunk little by little along with food, but do not drink too much of it.
