Talking to Business Standard, SnehilKhanor, CEO of matchmaking app Truly Madly, says that this move of Google has had a deep impact on his business. He said that on the first day, the app was removed from Google Play Store, TrulyMadly's business was affected by 20-25 percent. After this, there was about 40 percent decline in business on Saturday.

Google had removed Kuku FM, Bharat Matrimony, Shaadi.com, Naukri.com, 99 acres, Truly Madly, Quack Quack, Stage, ALTT (Alt Balaji) from the Play Store, after which after the strict stance of the government, these apps were returned to the Google Play Store.
