Dengue cases are increasing
Apart from conjunctivitis, increasing cases of dengue are also being reported in Delhi these days. According to the data released by the Delhi government, cases of dangerous strain type-2 of dengue have been seen in the capital. In 19 out of 20 samples sent for testing, cases of infection with the type-2 strain of dengue have been reported. Infection with this strain can be a severe disease, with patients at increased risk of developing hemorrhagic fever.

Doctors have expressed apprehension that its cases may increase even more in the coming days.

Stomach flu cases
Stomach flu cases have been on the rise among people in flood-affected parts of the state. Abdominal infection can cause symptoms like diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea.
