You should know how to link a mobile number with an Aadhar card, but before that let us know why it is important to do so. When you withdraw money online from your PF account, finally an OTP comes on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar. The process is completed only after entering this OTP, but if the number is not linked then the OTP will not come.
You can link your mobile number to Aadhaar like this-
Step 1
If for some reason no mobile number is linked to your Aadhar card or the already linked number has been switched off, then you can update the new mobile number.
In such a situation, you will have to first go to your nearest Aadhaar Service Center.
Step 2
Then here you have to take the correction form.
Fill out this form, and enter your full name, Aadhar number, and the mobile number which you want to update.
Step 3
After this, you have to submit the filled form to the concerned officer.
Then your biometric will be done and your mobile number will be updated
Your mobile number gets updated within a few days, after which you can use it to withdraw money from your PF account.
