1 cup poppy seeds
1 cup white sesame seeds
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
1 cup raisins
1 tbsp cardamom powder
200 grams of desi ghee
1 cup melon seeds
1 cup jaggery
How to make Khus Khus Panjiri? (How To Make Khaskhas Panjiri)
To make Khuskhus Panjiri, first of all, fine chop cashews, almonds, and raisins.
Then put white sesame seeds in a pan and dry roast them till it becomes golden.
After this, take out the sesame seeds from the pan and keep them in a bowl.
Then put desi ghee in the pan and melt it well.
After this add cashews and almonds and fry them.
Then put poppy seeds in a little ghee and after they turn light brown, take them out in a bowl.
After this, put flour in the pan and fry it till it becomes golden brown.
