Ingredients for making mango and coconut ice cream-
2 to 3 mango pieces, 1 cup coconut milk, sugar, maple syrup, dry fruits
Ice cream recipe-
1. To make ice cream at home, first of all, cut the mango and put it in the fridge.
2. Then add coconut milk, vanilla extract, and a little sugar in a blender and mix well.
3. After this add maple syrup and frozen mango pieces. Keep in mind, mix maple syrup according to taste.
4. Now mix all the ingredients until it becomes a soft mixture. Make it like a thick paste.
5. Now put this mixture in an ice cream container. Put some dry fruits on top as well. Then keep it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
6. After this, when the ice cream is frozen, take it out of the fridge. If you want, you can garnish it with dry fruits. Your delicious ice cream is ready. Enjoy it after having food.
