We all must have drunk Chiku milkshake but have you ever tried its ice cream? This summer season, if you want to eat tasty and healthy homemade ice cream, then Chiku's ice cream would be great. You only need 5 ingredients to make it.
Material :
10 Chiku
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 cup sugar
300 ml milk (full fat)
1/2 cup milk powder
Method :
First of all, clean and peel the chikoo and cut it after taking out the seeds of the chikoo.
Now put these pieces of chiku in a mixer jar and make it puree.
After this, add milk, milk powder, cream, and sugar in a big vessel and mix it well.
Now add chikoo puree to this mixture and mix well.
When all the ingredients are mixed well, put it in an airtight container and freeze it.
After 2 hours blend the ice cream base again and freeze again in the same container.
After about 3 hours remove the ice cream base and mix it well again.
Now seal it in an airtight container and let it freeze for 8-10 hours.
After freezing, garnish it with diced fruits or chiku pieces and serve.
