  • Moringa has a warming nature and balances phlegm and pitta.
  • Moringa leaves are rich in iron, vitamin B, folate, calcium, vitamin A and zinc. It increases hair growth.
  • Hibiscus is cooling in nature and balances phlegm and bile. It is called Keshya in Ayurveda. Which means it increases hair growth.
  • It is rich in vitamin C, flavonoids, amino acids, fibre and antioxidants.
  • Hibiscus flower increases hair growth and gives a natural shine to the hair.
  • Curry leaves also have a cooling effect.

Ingredients

  • Moringa leaves – 10 dried
  • Hibiscus flower- 1
  • Curry leaves- 10
  • Rose petals 10-15

Method to prepare and apply

  • Take water in a pan.
  • Mix everything in water.
  • Boil it for about 3 minutes and filter it.
  • Drink it only lukewarm.
  • Drink it in the morning or evening.
