Prithvi Mudra for Bridal Glow

  • Begin by sitting in a comfortable posture Padmasana (Lotus pose), Sukhasana (Easy pose).
  • Before moving into the pose, straighten your back and gather some awareness on the Ajna chakra.
  • Place both hands on your thighs or kneecaps.
  • Now, bend your ring finger and touch the tip of your thumb.
  • Stay in this posture for some time and then relax.

Varuna Mudra

The smallest finger of the hand is considered to be a water element and the thumb is considered to be the symbol of fire. Mixing the water element and the fire element brings about a change.

Varuna represents the 'Water God', who blesses us with the qualities of water. Hence, this mudra is called a seal or water mudra. The practitioner can perform this mudra to get better looking and even clearer skin than before.

The practice of Varuna Mudra involves pressing the little finger, which is the seat of the water element in the body. It increases the water-holding capacity of the body. Thus, it makes the skin glowing and spotless.

  • Begin by sitting in any comfortable posture, Sukhasana or Padmasana (Lotus Pose).
  • Find balance in your posture and have a calm mind before practising.
  • Bring your hands to your thighs and fold your little finger toward your thumb.
  • Touch the tips of both fingers to each other respectively.
  • Stay in this posture for some time and then relax.

Prana mudra

Prana Mudra also works to control hunger and thirst. This also strengthens immunity. This mudra is useful in relieving fatigue and nerve pain, as it purifies the blood. By doing this mudra daily, the face gets glowing.

Prana Mudra for Bridal Glow

  • To do this mudra, first of all, calm the mind and leave the body loose.
  • Now move both hands forward and fold the pinky and ring finger of both hands and join them with the tip of the thumb.
  • Try to keep both remaining fingers straight.
  • During this, take deep breaths and stay in this posture for 10 minutes.
  • If you want, you can chant the word 'Om' during this pose.

These poses help in improving blood circulation towards your face, giving you hydrated and glowing skin while beauty is a very subjective concept and to be honest everyone is beautiful in their way. Yet, we all would love to feel healthy and glow with an aura of health and happiness.
