What is the process of selection?

This is an upskilling course exclusively for women to help them restart their careers with advanced training and certification in IT if they want to apply for tech jobs after a career break. Only women who are Indian citizens can apply for this.

Any Indian woman who is not employed with any company for 6 months or more can apply. Apart from this, any woman who completed her graduation at least 6 months ago and is not yet employed can also apply for the VMware course.

VM Inclusion Tara has started training in many courses. VMware has partnered with Intel, She Loves Data India, Clearly Blue, NTT DATA, the Government of Telangana and the Government of Karnataka to help women close the talent, confidence and leadership gap.
