Ingredients to make Revdi
1/2 to 1 cup – of white roasted sesame seeds
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - half a glass
Cardamom powder - half teaspoon
1 tsp – the essence of kewra
1 tsp – Lemon juice
1 – Butter paper
Two spoons - of corn syrup
Easy way to make Revdi
Step 1
Keep water in a pan on medium heat. Add sugar to it. Let the sugar dissolve in it.
Step – 2
When the sugar dissolves well, add two spoons of corn syrup to it. Run it continuously.
Step – 3
Now you can also add Kewra essence to this mixture. Mix it until the mixture becomes thick.
Step – 4
Now put sesame seeds in this mixture. Mix them well. Let this mixture cool down a bit.
Step – 5
Now spread this mixture on butter paper. Now you can give it any shape you want. After this serve them.
