Homemade Skin Tightening and Brightening

Ingredients required-

  • Linseed - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Red lentils - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 2-3 tbsp

Method to prepare and apply-

  • Grind the seeds and pulses together to make a coarse powder
  • Add it to milk and heat it until it becomes a thick paste.
  • Let it cool down.
  • Spread evenly over the face and neck.
  • Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Scrub gently and wash off with plain water.
  • Use it once or twice a week to get glowing and youthful-looking skin.

Flaxseed for skin
