Drink fennel and fenugreek water to reduce weight loss and acidity
According to experts, if you drink fenugreek and fennel water, your weight can easily be reduced. Drinking this water early in the morning on an empty stomach increases the body temperature. This speeds up metabolism. At the same time, they contain a low amount of calories and a high amount of fiber which keeps you satisfied for a long time, your stomach remains full and this prevents you from overeating. This water also improves the digestive system. This water contains digestive enzymes which digest the food easily. Besides, it is also very beneficial in increasing the good bacteria in the intestines. This provides relief from the problems of constipation, acidity and bloating.
How to make fenugreek and fennel water
- One spoon fennel
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek
- 1 cup water
- Leave all these things soaked for the whole night.
- After waking up in the morning, filter the fennel and fenugreek and separate the water.
