Ingredients needed to make Makhana Chaat-
1 cup makhana
1 cup curd
1 potato boiled
1/4 tsp black pepper ground
1 tbsp green coriander chopped
2 tsp tamarind chutney
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
How to make Makhana Chaat?
To make Makhana Chaat, you first boil the potatoes.
Then peel them well and cut them into pieces.
After this, wash tomato, cucumber, and green coriander and chop them finely.
Then put curd in a utensil and whisk it well and leave it slightly thick.
After that add some water as per requirement and mix it.
Then put Makhana in a pan and fry it on a low flame for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
After this, when the makhanas cool down, cut them into big pieces.
Then add chopped nuts, potatoes, tomatoes, and cucumber in a big mixing bowl and mix.
After this, add black pepper powder, tamarind chutney, and salt as per taste and mix it.
