2 cups flour for the dough
Ghee ½ cup
Water as needed
Mawa/Khoya 2 cups
Gulkand ½ cup
Sweet aniseed 2 tbsp
Grated dry coconut 2 tbsp

To make Gulkand Gujiya, first of all, take flour in a vessel and knead a smooth dough.
Then you keep this dough set for about 20 minutes.
After this, put mawa in a pan and cook it well till it becomes light brown.
Then add a gulkand, fennel, coconut, and mawa in a bowl and mix well.
After this, knead the dough one more time, make small balls, and roll them out.
Then place the puri in the gujiya mold and fill the prepared stuffing in it.
