Material :
500 grams gram flour
Two spoons of Kasuri fenugreek


Taste salt
Two spoons of Chile Phalax (optional)
One spoon celery
Dip fry oil
Water as per requirement

Method :
To make gram flour crust, first of all, put all the ingredients in a pot and add one teaspoon of oil to it.

Now use water according to the need and knead smooth dough from this material.

After kneading the dough, apply a little oil to it and leave it for 10 minutes and leave it.

After this, break the small dough of flour and separate it with the help of a cylinder.

Now heat the oil in the pan and then deep fry till it becomes crispy and brown.

When the crust becomes well crispy, take them out on the tissue paper and then cool and store it in an airtight container.
