Holi, the festival of colors, is about to come. This year Holi is on 25 March. Holi is a festival of colors, happiness, and delicious food. Everyone celebrates this festival with enthusiasm, from children to elders. Children are very excited about Holi. They order their pitchers in advance and fill them with water and play. On the day of Holi, people go out of their houses with water guns and colors. Friends, it becomes difficult to stop children from spraying colors on the neighbors. Seeing this enthusiasm and fun of children, parents as well as close ones are very happy. But sometimes during Holi, some carelessness spoils the colors. In the excitement of Holi, if you are ignoring the fun of children or not paying attention to them, then the fun of the festival can get disturbed. Therefore, there is a need to take special care of children during Holi and some precautions should also be taken.

Distance from balloons
During Holi, children demand new types of Pichkari. Pichkari should be only for playing with colors. It should not be bad from a safety point of view. Therefore, bring home such pitchers that will not hurt your child or other children. Apart from this, children often play with balloons filled with water during Holi. They throw water-filled balloons at each other which when burst can cause injury to the other person. Therefore, one should avoid playing with colored balloons during Holi. For children, bring water bottles and colors for Holi but do not bring home balloons. Also, tell them not to play outside with their friends' colored balloons.

Avoid chemical colors
Nowadays, most of the colors used in Holi are chemical-based. Adulterated and chemical colors are available in the markets, which harm the skin and eyes. Identify such colors and bring only organic colors. However, other children may be using adulterated colors, to protect your child from that, wear colorful and funky goggles so that their eyes remain safe. Apart from this, wear full-sleeve clothes, so that the skin remains covered and the chances of coming in contact with colors are reduced.

Keep an eye on
When the child goes out of the house to play with colors in the society or colony, do not get busy with work. Don't leave him alone to play with his friends, but keep an eye on him. From time to time, check where your child is playing and with whom. Often children fall while playing or the color may get into their eyes. At such a time, if you do not help them at the right time, the problem may increase. Monitoring is also necessary from a security point of view.

Don't eat and drink spoil your health
Holi is not just about colors, fried food, too many sweets and excessive consumption of different types of dishes can also spoil the child's digestion. There is also a risk of food poisoning. Therefore, take special care of their eating habits so that their health does not get spoiled during the fun of Holi.
