Most people like to eat steamed momos, but even after eating them, many people feel guilty that what they are eating can spoil their health. The momos available in the market are made of white flour, which is harmful to the body. Here we are giving the recipe of healthy momos recipe made from flour which you can eat without any regrets.

Momos dough

Take a cup of wheat flour in a big bowl and mix it well with 1 teaspoon of refined, salt as per taste. You can add more or less flour according to your taste, then add oil and salt in the same proportion. Knead the flour by adding water. Take care not to knead the dough tight. Keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes.

Filling of momos

To make the stuffing to be filled inside momos, take green capsicum, carrot, cabbage, ginger, paneer, salt, soy sauce, red chili sauce, and crushed black pepper as per your requirement. Now heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic and fry it, now mix the rest of the vegetables and sauce. Finally, add salt and cover, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Your stuffing is ready, take it out and keep it aside.

Momos recipe

  1. To make momos, first make small balls of dough and then roll them thinly.
  2. Now place the stuffing in the middle of it with a spoon and shape the momos with your hands.
  3. Heat water in a steamer on the gas and put the momos in it.
  4. Steam the momos for 7 to 9 minutes and take them out.
  5. Your momos are ready, serve them hot with spicy red chutney and mayonnaise.
