Ingredients required to make Bread Pudding
10 bread slices
Ā½ cup milk
4 tbsp cream
2 tbsp dry fruits
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp desi ghee
1 cup sugar

How to make Bread Pudding?
To make bread pudding, first of all, take bread slices.
Then cut the edges of the bread with scissors or a knife and separate them.
After this, cut the white part of the bread into fine pieces and keep it separately.
Then you put 1 spoon of desi ghee in a pan and melt it.
After this, put chopped dry fruits in it and fry for about 1 minute.
Then take them out in a bowl and keep them separately.
After this, add one more teaspoon of ghee to the pan and melt it.
Then put the chopped bread pieces in it and fry till it becomes golden.
After this, pour milk into the pan and cook the bread pieces while mashing them well.


Then you cook it for at least 2-3 minutes.
