Meanwhile, put 2 cups of water in a bowl add ragi flour and curd to it, and mix it well with the help of a spoon. After mixing well for 1 to 2 minutes, cover the prepared paste for 5-7 minutes and keep it aside.

When the water heated on the gas starts to boil, put one cup of ragi paste in it and let it boil. During this, keep stirring the soup with the help of a spoon. After cooking the soup for 3-4 minutes, add cumin, coriander leaves, and salt as per taste and mix. After this boil the soup again for 4-5 minutes. After this turn off the gas. Now transfer the prepared ragi soup in a Chinese serving bowl and garnish it with some coriander leaves and cumin seeds.
