Ingredients required to make Multigrain Chilla-
1/4 cup Jowar flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup ragi
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander chopped
1/4 tsp green chili paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp red chili powder
Oil as required
Salt to taste
How to make Multigrain Chilla?
To make multigrain chilla, first of all, take a utensil.
Then add jowar flour, wheat flour, and ragi flour and mix it.
After this, wash onion, tomato, and green coriander leaves and cut them into fine pieces.
Then put them in flour and mix well.
After this, add green chili paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, and turmeric to it.
Then add 1/2 cup of water to it and prepare the batter by mixing it well.
After this, grease a nonstick pan/tawa with oil and heat it on medium flame.
Then put a bowl of batter on the griddle and spread it in a circular motion.
After this, roast the cheela well from both sides by pouring oil on both sides.
