Material :
a cup of semolina
1 bottle gourd (grated)
1/2 cup curd
salt to taste
½ cup water
Oil
rye
urad dal one spoon
red chili
Curry leaf

Method :
First of all, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, and roast it well.

After this add urad dal, curry leaves, and red chilies and fry.

Now add semolina to these spices and fry them well.

After this, turn off the gas and when the semolina cools down, take it out in a bowl.

Now add water and curd to it and beat it well and then keep it for about 20 minutes.

After twenty minutes add grated gourd and green coriander leaves to the curd and semolina solution.

Add salt as per taste and now fill this batter in the idli mold and steam it.

finally enjoy it with green chutney, coconut chutney, sweet chutney, or sambar.
