If Raita is found in food, then eating has its fun. But if you are bored of eating the same type of raita, then this time try the tasty and healthy gourd raita at home.

Material :
1 small bottle of gourd (grated)
2 cups curd
half teaspoon cumin


a pinch of asafoetida
2 chopped green chilies
little coriander leaves
one spoon of desi ghee
salt to taste

Method :
First of all, put water in a vessel to heat it.

When the water is hot, add a grated bottle of gourd to it and boil it for 7-8 minutes.

When the gourd is cooked well, take it out in a vessel and keep it separately.

Now take curd in a bowl and whisk it well with the help of a spoon.

After this, put ghee in a pan and heat it, and then add asafoetida and cumin and roast it well.

Add curd to it for a while and cook for a minute and then add boiled grated bottle gourd to it.

Now add green coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt as per taste and mix it well.

Switch off the gas after cooking for a minute. Delicious gourd raita is ready
