2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup soy milk, ground peanuts as needed

Method :
Put oats and peanut butter in a blender and grind it.

Then add soya milk, banana, and chia seeds to it.

Then blend it.

Make a smooth paste of this mixture. Keep in mind that there should not be any lump in it.
