This soup can be included in the weight loss journey and it is also very easy to make. Let's know its recipe.

Material :
1 kg gourd, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp green coriander leaves, salt as per taste

Method :
First of all, peel the gourd and cut it into pieces.

After this add 1 tsp of desi ghee to the pan and heat it.

Now put cumin in it and crackle it.

Add chopped bottle gourd to it and fry it on low flame.

Now add water as required and salt as per taste.

Then add finely chopped ginger, red chili powder, and black pepper powder and mix.

Cook for at least 20 minutes and then turn off the gas.
