Ingredients for making Ajwain Paratha
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Ajwain – 2 tsp
Desi ghee/oil - as required
salt - as per taste

How to make Ajwain Paratha
To make Ajwain Paratha, first of all, take a mixing bowl and put wheat flour in it. After this, mix a pinch of salt and celery in the flour. After this add one spoon of desi ghee to the flour and mix it. Now take lukewarm water and add it little by little to the flour and knead the dough. Keep in mind that the dough should not be too hard. After kneading the dough, cover it for 10 minutes and keep it aside.

After 10 minutes, take the dough and knead it once more. After this, prepare medium size balls of flour. Now put a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat for heating. While the griddle is heating up, take a ball and roll it with dry flour. After the griddle is hot, put the paratha on it and roast it. Now put oil around the paratha and roast it. Flip the paratha after some time and roast it by applying oil on its upper side.
