Material :
½ cup oats powder
1/2 cup curd
½ cup semolina
1/2 tsp ginger chili paste
½ cup mixed boiled vegetables (green peas, french beans, carrots)
salt to taste
1 teaspoon Eno fruit salt
Coriander and Chilli Powder
Method :
First of all, mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
Now add eno to it and mix it well and keep it aside for the batter to rise.
After this grease a plate with oil.
Now pour the prepared batter into a plate and spread it evenly all over the plate.
After this, sprinkle green coriander and red chili powder on top.
Now steam it in a steamer for 8 to 9 minutes to cook it.
After it is cooked, cool it slightly and cut it into pieces.
Finally, serve it hot with green coriander chutney.
