How to make healthy laddu?

Ingredients

  • Desi ghee- 1 bowl
  • Flour- 1 bowl
  • Ragi flour- 1 bowl
  • Almonds- 10
  • Raisins- 20
  • Roasted gram flour – half bowl
  • Melon seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds- 1 tsp
  • Gum- 1 tablespoon
  • Jaggery powder- 1 bowl

Method

  • First of all, fry the flour.
  • Now add ragi flour to it and fry for some time.
  • After this, add all the other things except jaggery and fry it.
  • Melt jaggery in a pan.
  • Now add this melted jaggery to everything and fry it on low flame for about half an hour.
  • After this make laddus.
