Potatoes 3 (boiled)
Ginger 1 (finely chopped)

Red chili powder 1 tsp
Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
Salted sev 2 -3 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Onion 2 (finely chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Oil half cup
Green chili 1-2 (chopped)

How to make tomato chaat?
To make tomato chaat, first of all, take a pan.
Then you put ghee in it and keep it to heat.
After that add cumin, ginger, cashew, and green chilies and fry them.
Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder to it.
After this, fry all these things on a low flame.
Then add black salt, salt, and garam masala to the chopped tomatoes and mix.
After this, cook the tomatoes on a low flame for about a minute.
Then add half a cup of water to it and cook the tomatoes after melting them well.
