Peas 2 cups
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Green chili 4
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Oil 4 tbsp
How to make dry peas vegetable?
To make dry pea curry, first, peel the peas and take out the seeds.
Then you soak them in hot water for at least 10 minutes.
After this, finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chilies.
Then take out the peas from the water and leave them in the air to dry.
After this, put 4 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it.
Then add cumin and asafoetida to this hot oil and crackle.
After this, you add onions and tomatoes to it.
Then you cook it for about 5 minutes till it becomes light brown.
After this, add peas and all the other ingredients and mix well.
