How to make amla and beetroot juice
Ingredients required-
- 1 beet
- 1 Amla
- ½ piece ginger
- handful mint leaves
- overnight soaked chia seeds
- rock salt as per taste
How to make
- Wash all the vegetables with clean water.
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
- Grind the chopped beetroot, amla and ginger in a grinder by adding a little water.
- You can make it thin or thick by adding water.
- Filter it.
