Lemon juice
Mint leaves

How to make gourd juice?
To make bottle gourd juice, first, wash the bottle gourd.
Then you peel it, cut it into pieces, and put it in the blender.
After this, add one teaspoon of cumin and 15-20 mint leaves to it.
Then you blend all these things well.
After this, you put a cup of water in it.
Then blend it for at least 3-4 minutes.
Now your bottle gourd juice is ready.
Then filter this juice and take it out in a vessel.
After this add salt and lemon juice as per taste and mix.
Then you drink this juice every morning on an empty stomach.
