Ingredients required to make Makhana Dosa-
2 bowl makhana
2-3 potatoes
1 tsp cumin
3-4 green chilies
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp desi ghee
Oil as required
Salt to taste
How to make Makhana Dosa?
To make Masala Dosa, first take butter.
Then put it in water and keep it soaked for about 15-20 minutes.
After this, take it out of the water and put it in a mixer jar.
Then add finely chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, black pepper, salt as per taste, and a little water.
After this, grind it well and prepare a smooth thick solution.
Then take out the prepared solution in a utensil and add 1/2 tsp desi ghee to it.
After this, beat it well for about 1-2 minutes.
Then cover the prepared solution for about 10 minutes and keep it aside.
After this, peel the boiled potatoes and mash them well.
Then put some oil in a pan and heat it.
After this, add cumin and green chilies and fry them.
Then you put mashed potatoes in it and cook it well.
After this, add green coriander leaves and mix them.
Then take a nonstick pan/griddle and heat it by greasing it with some oil.
After this, take the mixture of Makhana in a bowl and spread it in a circle in the middle of the griddle.
Then you bake it well till it turns golden brown from both sides.
After this, stuff potatoes in the middle of the dosa and close the dosa.
