3 cups wheat flour

5 crushed garlic

2 to 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Two spoons of ghee
Half bowl of mustard oil
How to make Sattu Paratha?
To make Sattu paratha, first of all, take wheat flour.
Then you add one spoon of ghee and half a spoon of salt in it.
After this knead the dough adding water as required.
Then cover the kneaded dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
After this, mix sattu, ginger, garlic, chopped coriander, and celery in a big bowl.
Then put lemon in it and add two spoons of mustard oil and mix it well.
After this, knead the dough once more and make small balls.
Then you roll the dough and fill it with a big spoonful of masala and close it.
