2 cups gram flour
2 cups curd
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili
Oil as required

How to make Tandoori Dhokla?
To make Tandoori Dhokla, first of all, take a big bowl.
Then add 1 cup curd, gram flour, sugar, lemon juice, and salt as per taste.
After this, make a thin solution by whipping all these things well.
Then add baking soda to this solution and mix.
After this, you put this mixture in a vessel.
Then cook it on low flame for about 25-30 minutes.
