Avoid staying in hot places - If you have had a cluster headache attack before, do not stay in the sun for a long time, or if you are not staying in a place where it is hot, avoid doing very intense exercise, as this can cause the body to overheat. Heat is generated in me and again you may get an attack.

Sleeping Pattern- Due to poor sleeping patterns, there is also a problem of headache. Due to irregular sleeping time, cluster headache can become a problem, if you want to avoid this attack, then you should fix your sleeping and waking time.

Protein-Rich Diet- To avoid cluster headache attacks, you can also include protein-rich foods, such as fish, red meat, chicken, eggs, milk and plant best products in your diet. This can prevent the symptoms of cluster headache.

Distance from smoking and alcohol-Mostly this attack comes only to people who smoke and drink alcohol, so do not consume alcohol and smoking, apart from this, keep your distance from other types of caffeine as well.
