Use cinnamon
According to Dr. Ayushi, daily consumption of cinnamon can prove to be very effective in reducing high cholesterol. For this, first, take the pieces of this spice and then grind it well in a mixer grinder and store it in a glass container. After waking up in the morning, take a pinch of cinnamon powder. Its benefits will be visible in a few days. However, keep in mind that do not consume this spice excessively because its effect is hot, which can cause many types of damage to the body.
Eat linseed seeds
Although linseed seeds are known to remove many problems, definitely use them to reduce high cholesterol. For this, take the seeds and grind them in a good mixer grinder and then mix one spoon of flaxseed powder in lukewarm water and drink it daily. This will not only reduce bad cholesterol but will also increase the amount of bad cholesterol.
