According to the report of DailyMail, the weight of Chris Terrell, living in Jonesboro, US state of Arkansas, was 131 kg (290 pounds) three years ago. He was worried about his weight for many decades. Then he used to sit in one place and play video games for a long time and used to eat a lot of junk food. His sleep-wake routine was also very bad. At that time he did not pay much attention to these things and he did so for many years. Due to his poor lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits, his weight reached 131 kg. Later he also tried to lose weight, but every time his weight increased. Chris Terrell used to get caught in the cycle of weight gain and crash dieting, but there was no improvement in his health. In the end, he changed his mindset and completely transformed his body.
Chris Terrell's life changed in 2019
There was a big change in the life of Chris in the year 2019. His father died this year and after that, Chris Terrell decided to change his life. First of all, he started making his lifestyle healthy and changed his mindset to a great extent. Chris used to call himself a workaholic earlier and used to eat junk food. There was no physical activity in his lifestyle. He didn't sleep at the right time and used to watch TV or play video games till two or three in the morning. Gradually he changed his habits. He started swimming three days a week for 20 minutes and made some changes in eating and drinking. Gradually his weight started decreasing. Instead of giving up food, he adopted a different strategy. He used to eat food only when he felt hungry. The quantity of food was much less than before. We used to measure our weight once a month.
This is how Chris's weight decreased
Chris Terrell told in an interview that due to these good habits, his weight decreased by about 13 kg (30 Pounds) in the first six months. After this, he continuously kept the quantity of food low but ate his favorite things. He consumed all the junk foods including pizza-burger, but in very less quantity than before. Apart from this, did not eat a lot of junk food every day and improved my lifestyle. In this way, in the next two years, he reduced his weight by about 44 kg. In 2019, Chris Terrell started the journey of weight loss and in about two and a half years, he changed himself completely by losing about 57 kg. Chris believes that instead of completely giving up your favorite things for weight loss, you should eat occasionally and reduce the amount of junk food. Apart from this, a healthy lifestyle should be adopted and stress should be avoided.
