In a recently concluded study in Finland, it has been found that people who stay awake till late at night, are more likely to have bad addiction. Such people fall into the trap of alcohol, beedi-cigarettes, ganja, and other wrong habits. With this, both their body and mind start getting harmed. It has been found in the research that due to these bad habits, the chances of the early death of those who stay awake till late at night increase by up to 9 percent.

More deaths of those who stay awake till late at night

According to media reports, this research lasted from 1981 to 2018. During this, the health of 24 thousand twins was monitored. Such people were asked many questions related to their sleep cycle. During this, the records related to the death of 8728 people were also checked. It was found in the research that for those who were awake till late at night, their death rate was higher than those who were awake during the day. People who stayed awake till late at night were dying earlier than their average age.

This hormone cannot be released

According to doctors, a hormone named 'Melatonin' is released in the body which induces sleep. When we lie down on the bed with our eyes closed, this hormone automatically starts releasing from the body. But when we forcibly keep our body awake and engage in wrong habits, then this hormone is not released quickly.

The risk of premature death increases

According to health experts, this hormone is released after lying down late at night, then due to the sleep cycle of the body, such people are not able to wake up early in the morning. Even if they wake up with courage, their sleep remains incomplete, due to which the body remains lethargic throughout the day. Even if they keep sleeping till late in the morning, the physical cycle gets disturbed. Due to having this routine daily, such people get disturbed by body and mind, and their chances of untimely death increase.
