If you often complain of uneasiness, then stop drinking ginger tea, as it speeds up the process of digestion, due to which uneasiness can increase.

2. Heartburn

Although ginger is considered better for digestion, if consumed excessively, it can prove to be harmful to health because gingerol is found in this spice, which can release more acid in the stomach. Because of this, there can be a complaint of a burning sensation in the stomach. That's why eat ginger in limited quantities.
