Barley

The chewable whole grains are known to boost beta-glucan. It is a soluble fiber that works to increase HDL cholesterol by reducing LDL cholesterol.

Walnut

Walnuts mainly contain omega-3 fats. It is a type of monounsaturated fatty acid which works to protect the heart from disease. Eating it also increases the level of HDL i.e. good cholesterol.

Soybean
