After this, add grated coconut, two spoons of desi ghee and fennel and mix well. After this, mix all the ingredients well in the flour and knead the dough by adding it little by little. Keep in mind that the dough should be hard. After this, make balls of the dough. After this, take a ball and place it on both the palms and press it from the middle to prepare thekua. Now prepare thekua in the same way and take it out separately in a plate. After this, add desi ghee in a pan and cook it on low flame. After this add thekiya in it and fry them. Fry the thekua until it becomes dark in color. After this, take out thekua in a plate. Similarly, fry all the thekua. In this way your Prasad is ready.
