Ingredients for making Shahi Pis-
To make a shahi piece, you need:
A few slices of fresh bread,
A little milk,
A little sugar,
Desi ghee
Khoya, coconut powder, or dry fruits for garnish.
Method to make Shahi Pees-
1. To make the royal piece, first of all, heat a griddle on a gas. Then apply ghee on the slice of bread with a spoon and bake the bread to a golden color.
2. Now after the bread is fried, pour some milk into another pan and let it cook. Keep in mind that it has to be cooked on low flame.
3. After this add some sugar to the milk and let it thicken.
4. Now take out the slices of fried bread on a plate and spread them. After this pour the cooked milk over it.
5. After this, to decorate the royal piece, add a little khoya, coconut powder, or some dry fruits on top. Garnish with it and serve after cooling.
