Ingredients needed to make Rice Samosa-
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1 tsp chili sauce
Oil for frying
1 tsp desi ghee
Salt to taste
How to make Rice Samosa?
To make rice samosa, first of all, wash and clean the rice.
Then put the washed rice in the cooker and cook it well.
After this, wash the green onions and cut them into fine pieces.
Then add all-purpose flour and 1 spoon of melted desi ghee in a mixing bowl and mix.
After this, add a pinch of salt to it and mix it well.
Then knead a hard dough by adding water as required in the flour.
After this, cover this dough for about 15 minutes and keep it set.
Then put butter in a pan and melt it.
After this, put finely chopped green onions in it and cook while stirring for 1 minute.
Then you add cooked rice, chili sauce, and a little salt to it.
After this, mix it well and cook for about 2 minutes.
Then you turn off the gas and leave the rice to cool down.
After this, make balls of refined flour and roll them long, and cut them in the middle with the help of a knife.
Then you pick up a portion and fill it with the prepared stuffing by making it like a cone.
After this, apply water on its top edge and stick the samosa.
Then you put oil in a pan and heat it for frying the samosas.
After this, put samosas in it and deep fry till it becomes golden and crispy.
